- All products shipped from Southern California.
- Normal method of shipping is UPS Ground. Please see UPS
transit time map. Unless otherwise requested, we will ship UPS ground on
your order. Please specify other preferred shipping methods.
- Split shipments add $5.00 (P).
- We are not responsible for delays
in shipment caused by freights carrier or circumstances beyond our control.
- Packing: Unless otherwise specified or requested,
most items are shipped in individual poly bags (except pens).
Imprinting - First Color/Location Imprint: Most prices quoted include 1 color 1 location imprint.
- Second Color/Location Imprint: · Available as indicated by 2nd color or location pricing listed under product. Additional screen setup charge is $50.00 per additional color/imprint
- Blank Goods: Blank goods available at the quantity price.
- Less Than Minimum: on most items, add $30.00 (P) with an absolute minimum of ½ the lowest catalog quantity.

Ordering - All confirming orders must be clearly marked “Confirmation Only”.
- Duplicated orders that are not marked will be invoiced.

Proofs - Paper Proof – FREE.
- Pre-production Proof - $50.00 (P) + cost of product + screen charge + applicable art charge.
- All proofs available in 5 – 10 working days. Rush charges apply for rush pre-production proof.
Returns
- Shipping charges, setup charges, and art charges are non-refundable.
- Imprinted
products are not returnable or refundable.
- A written authorization
from Apex Promotional Products is required prior to any returns. Merchandise
not imprinted may be subject to a restocking fee.
