Artwork- Formats: High resolution color-separated electronic art in most formats (TIFF,EPS, JPG) is acceptable. Vector art in EPS format is preferred.

Product Code and Order number. Files over 5Mb must be submitted using www.yousendit.com.
Input art@apexpromotionalproducts.com as the designation address.
- Please convert all fonts to outline/curves.
- MS Word, Publisher, and other non-vector format files are not accepted. Photocopies,business
cards and faxes are not considered artwork! Reversed art or fine lined art is
not recommended and factory will not be responsible for quality of imprint.
- For all Rush orders, only one-color, one-location imprint is available. Laser
engraving, debossing or foil embossing not available. Your request for Rush Service
constitutes your acceptance of the entire order without the approval of a paper
proof or pre-production sample. Subject to inventory availability and credit-established
customers.
- Art change ($96.00 per hour) will apply if artwork is not camera ready,or
if reconstruction or touch up is required. Art charge is a service charge only
and does not transfer title to the customer. All art change is additional to
screen and setup charges.
- Trademarks: we presume clients are authorized to use trademarks sent for
production. We assume no liability in trademark and/or copyright disputes. The
logos, insignias, designs and trademarks which are printed on products shown
in this catalog are reproduced only to show examples of our decorating capabilities.They
are not presented for resale with these specific logos on them. They are not
to be construed as product or brand name endorsements by or for the trademark
owners.
Set-up Fees - $50.00 (P) per color per imprint. This is already included in the Shipping Charges.
- Copy or Color Change: $25.00
- Repeat orders: If exact reorder, set-up fee will be reduced by 50%.
- Laser Engraving: Laser engraving is included in the price of products where
indicated. However, if the product states “laser engraving available”,add
$0.50 run fee for each location.
- Set-up fee: $50 per item for each location.
- Foil Stamping/Hot Stamping: Set-up fee: $50.
- Full-Color Custom-Minted Medallions: Set-up fee $50
